Texas Computer Services is able to provide computer repair, antivirus and malware removal, computer setup and computer and accessories installation services to our customers.

We provide services for Networks, Gaming Consoles as well as Windows PC, MacOSX & Linux Computer Systems. We are confident in our ability to work on both out of date and state of the art equipment.
Windows Computer Repair, Installation and Setup
From out of date to starte of the art, we support it all, even out of warranty equipment. Including but not limited to Windows 3, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows NT, Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server 2008.
As well as upgrading to, installation and the support of the new operating system from Microsoft, Windows 8
Service Fee: $20 per hour, minimum 2 hours billed.
Apple Computer Repair, Installation and Setup
From out of date to started of the art, we support it all, even out of warranty equipment. Including but not limited to MacOS System Software 1-5, System 6-7, MacOS 8, MacOS 9 & MacOS X 10.0 – 10.7 & MacOS Server
Service Fee: $20 per hour, minimum 2 hours billed.
Linux / Other Computer Repair, Installation and Setup
From out of date to started of the art, we support it all, even out of warranty equipment. Including but not limited to Ubuntu, Mint, Slackware, Redhat, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Solaris, SunOS and more.
Service Fee: $20 per hour, minimum 2 hours billed.
Gaming Console Repair, Installation and Setup
From out of date to started of the art, we support it all, even out of warranty equipment. Including but not limited to Nintendo Entertainment System, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, Wii, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Turbografix 16, Atari 2600, Atari Jaguar, Playstation 1, Playstation 2, Playstation 2, Xbox and Xbox 360. We will look at the equipment, but we don’t guarantee repair as parts are needed. Parts required must be paid for up front as we don’t keep these in stock. We can also provide services for portable gaming devices, but in the case of those systems it is often more cost effective to replace them. We will consider attempting to repair these electronics but we make no warranty nor guarantee.
Service Fee: $20 per hour, minimum 2 hours billed.
Network Repair, Installation and Setup
Whether Wired or Wireless hardware, VPN Firewall or Hardware Firewall, we can handle it

An Important Note About Fees For On-Site Services
If any work should need to be done more than two feet off of the ground, or that involves ladders, climbing or otherwise possibly dangers to the technician, there will be an additional $20 service fee required for the work to be done.
Remote Services (Virus Removal, Software & Operating System Fixes)
We will walk you through setting up teamviewer and then install several anti-malware and antivirus softwares on your computer, removing any viruses, spyware or malware on your computer. If you run into something that tells you that you have viruses and asks you to pay to remove them, pay me to fix it instead of paying that ransom.
We’ve worked for ISPs and have performed this before in a professional role and still do for my own business.
We may need you to boot into safe mode with networking first on that computer. We will need you to install the TeamViewer remote dekstop / collaboration software and send me the user-connection information so that I may then access your computer remotely. Your best bet is to install team viewer and send me the information to connect, then I’ll take care of the rest and notify you if any interaction on your part is needed.
The fee is a flat $15, no matter how long it takes. The payment will be paid in advance and we am not averse to discussing a refund if you are not fully satisfied with the services provided.
We’re only able to accept payment for remote work via PayPal, AlertPay or any other major online secure payment processor. We can process credit cards, but we prefer to stick with the most secure payment methods for both us and yourself such as PayPal, AlertPay, Google CheckOut or MoneyBookers.
