If you need your PC, Mac or linux computer repaired, installed or serviced we can definitely help you and offer much more reasonable rates than our competitors for the quality of service we will provide. Don’t pay $80 to $120 to be forced to drop your computer off somewhere or for a technician to come out to your place of business or home.
We provide many repair services and can also help you in other ways. We can and will help you, whether you need help with your network by having someone perform the tasks of configuring, securing and boosting the signal on your wireless router or making sure that your antivirus software is up to date and functioning. If your computer is slowing down or having trouble we can definitely help with that too. If you’re a student or adult and need to have some software installed or learn a bit more about it we can definitely do that and give you the run down on how to work your software or operating system. We can also provide cat5 (ethernet) cable installation, as well as router (wireless or not) installation and configuration, but you will need to provide all of the hardware for that or have us purchase it.
Call us if you have any questions or a problem that you’re not sure that we can help with. Our rate for on-site work is $20 per hour, minimum two hours paid per trip, no matter how long we stay. We do require a service agreement signed when our technician arrives or when departs. We’ll provide quality services and we are both aware of the responsibility and liability on both our parts. No one will guarantee your problem will be repaired when they leave and I’m not going to lie to you and say that it will. We do however guarantee quality service.
If your hardware is physically broken, it will need to be replaced. If your computer’s operating system is beyond repair, you may need to have your files backed up and your operating system reinstalled. We can definitely assist with the backup or hardware installation, but you will need to provide your computer’s restoration discs in most cases and provide the hardware or funds for the hardware to make the repair.
We can process credit cards on-site with a computer and Internet connection via Paypal and accept cash and other forms of payment as well. Sorry, we don’t accept personal checks or do the work without assuring that we will be paid…gas is a bit expensive to run all over town without being sure you’re getting paid for it, you know? We don’t accept rain-checks and we won’t take “send me an invoice” as payment. We will consider any trades for services, older or broken computers and other items of value if you can’t pay cash, but this will need to be brought up and agreed upon before we pay you a service visit. We will, however be glad to send you an invoice and receipt after the work is done and we’ve been paid.
We do not take home work with us, so all work will need to be done on-site. If you have a 5 year old slow computer, this could mean that it will take some time to fix the problem, if it’s repairable. Also, for students or those in a financial bind, please feel free to make an offer to barter, pay a lower amount immediately and make payments to pay off the fees for our services and time.

If you need some remote help, we do offer that as well as on-site services. When we do come out, remember there is a minimum $40 fee for the trip and that covers two hours of services, with $20 to be paid every hour past the first two.
